At Home - Finally

Some news regarding dolls, my Baked May Valentine has been shipped out and I'm hoping she will arrive in the beginning of the next week. If I'd be really grabby handed I'd wish she'd arrive on Friday, but I guess that would be too much to wish for since the evil claws of Customs will get her first. ^^ So, Monday-Tuesday would be good!

Also, I'm soon going to hand Cordelia to my darling neighbour Jesmoth who will do her magic for her little face. I do think Jesmoth is one of our most talented face up artists here and I'm lucky to own many dolls she has done her magic with. ^^ So happy!

I rarely tell anything about my real life in here, but I think I need to say something that's been in my mind for a while now. Recently I've been too busy to do anything with my dolls, this month has been too hectic. First there were LDoll preparation and travelling and participating to the festival and second there's been much stress about my family, mainly about my parent's move out from my childhood home. It's been really hectic and... well, not easy decicion for them, but when you don't have choice... Something must be decided. They moved to a place I concider as my grandparent's home when they were still living in there.

I really needed to go and see they are allright there, they live 600km up to north from my current home and I've also missed them a whole lot. So now that I had a seven day layoff from my work, I went to see them last Thursday. I came home today a lot happier than I was when I left. They still have things to do, and I'm glad I could help them out a little. The house needs some renewals and such, but you can live there. Their cat certainly seemed to be happy, she usually goes to sleep on my mothers tummy when they're going to sleep at night. She swithches between mother and father on which one she's sleeping on during the night.

A weight has been lifted from my heart and I can concentrate on dolls and do things with them again. I still have layoff for the end of this week, and then after that I'll be having all Fridays off if there are not any national holidays in other days of the week, for the rest of the year. Yeah, cooperation negotiations are this day's thing, us working people just have to cope with it. I'll be having Sewing Fridays and I also drew some scetches about things I want to sew for my dolls. I try to look at the good sides about things. At the moment I feel quite happy and thankfull of what I have.
