Anni and Ofelia - Halloween

Been a While

I'm having a holiday at my parent's home. I only took Ofelia with me this time, I thought I wouldn't have any time to do doll things here but it seems that I just might have had some time do things. Well, at least take some pictures outside, there's a lots of snow and not as cold as it was earlier this year. AND I seem to wake up early even without an alarm clock. ^^

I went to my favourite gift shop yesterday and they had a sale there! I bought a wooden box with a glass window door, there's a text on side "Laundry". I've always wanted to have few of these boxes! It is so fabulously cute! I don't yet know what to put in there, maybe some doll shoes or something. What I'd really love to make is some shelves inside the box and put the doll shoes in there. *u* Or maybe I'll put doll clothes or something in there. Or maybe I'll make a room out of it for tinies. And I bought old fashioned baby carriage for Ofelia (she fits there perfectly!), big wheels and everything. The carriage have some lace and ruffly things on them so it seems I need to sew Ofelia some ruffly dress and apron and bonnet and take pictures from her in those. xD Argh! So cute! Maybe I'll make something similar for few TF's so I can take a full shoot about them. ^^ That'd be lovely!

What I'd need would be reaaallly thin off-white cotton fabric and some laces and things. I think I have an inspiration about it all! ^^ I guess I'll have to dig in the local fabric shop and see what they have. Thin fabrics are so difficult to find. I'll also visit the gift shop again today! ^^

Got a little Wig-thing

This was my second try for a wig on Ofelia. I think I might try ty make another one. It will be until I'll get a better one from Uninu. ^^ Thus now it is more pleasent to take pictures of her, even tough she is really lovely without a wig too.






Angus is still in his little shorts and white shirt. I'd need to make him some long pants too. Just to decide which fabric would be mostly his style. ^^ I need to play with dolls! I also made an account in Flickr so you'll be able to see some pictures from there too. I've added two categories thus far. I'll maybe, just maybe wish to have an paid account... I might need more categories for pictures, it'd be great.

Irma: Tiny parcel? HOHOHOOO! Maybe it has some goodies I can snatch just for MEEEE!


Irma: .. But I shouldn't...

Irma: Meh! Too small.

Xiu: OH NOES! Baby is crying!

Irma: I was just opening the parcel I thought there'd be something nice for a change!
Baby: Hewp meeee! *stretches to reach Armi*


Armi: You know, big sis! You're no nanny so gimme the baby! She's scared of you!
Irma: You're a kid yourself! What do you know about babies anyway?!
Xiu: First of all we're prettier!
Baby: Sceeewyyy loompaaa!


Baby: Booo loompaa!!


Armi: We'll find you some clothes and hair. And maybe some family!
Xiu: If not! You can live with us and eat bugs like all good citicens!
Baby: Yippeee!

THUS, Ofelia is at home. She is really cutie! ^^ Too bad the PF wig I got her doesn't stretch to any head, it hardly covers her headcap. I find that really strange since it should cover at least that area and then stretch to the back of the head and some front too. But she is sooo darling! I'm sure I'll get more of these in this size. ;D

Nikolas ~ Staring Contest

Uhhuh. He really seems to want to stare you in the swamp. Finland has this saying "I'm gonna sing you into swamp!" Becouse, you know, Kalevala and Väinämöinen stuff U_U ... uh, I guess Nikolas does the same with staring. ^^ Haha. So, these are from the same picture taking day than the ones earlier. I have missed one wonderfully sunny day since I was sewing. And not for my own dolls, I sew for the LDoll.



He looks his best with some movement with his arms and legs. So cute! ^^

Other news. I'm waiting anxiously for the final payment money to transfer so we can make the final payment for Ofelia and Angus. *3* SO SWEEEET!!! I already cought myself from dreaming about Peachy Didi. =w= I regretted I didn't buy Peachy since I was terribly tempted at the time. I only thought that PF's were too small. I'm exited to see how they are to handle. Then I saw Lelei's Peachy and maaaan have I regretted it a little since then. Anyhoo... Waiting to get the payment done!
