Little Christmas Present

I took these photos for the HL forum's Christmas calendar but I failed to post them on the day I was supposed to do that. I know I'm not getting punished about that, since the forum's been down for so long but I still feel bad for not posting them earlier. First I was too late, then I was lazy and then I was angsty about the quality of the photos and angle of the photos and everything seemed to suck so much. Anyway, I got over it so here is a little story with Alex and Hina. ^__^

Sarang, Nanuri 14 and Yder Elf

I'm so glad I got these guys home today. ^___^ Aren't they pretty! I did a little box opening, this time without Armi darling. All of them are face upped by the talented Jesmoth.


The bodies waiting for heads. One more body will come on Monday, it has another elf head with it. xD We'll see what happens with it. I'm not sure if I'll keep it, I wasn't that impressed with the dreaming elf Sarang head, she's pretty but I think I'll see when she arrives. The body will go to Alexandra, Nanuri 14.

Tilda and Tia

So I took some random photos from Tilda and Tia, they haven't gotten enough of camera time, it seems. ^^ Hehe, just waiting to leave to work so it was great to have some dolly time before leaving. Still an hour before going to wait the bus at the bus stop. :3 Anyhoo, here they are. Tilda (Denis) is middle child, sister to Miio (Kyle) and Áron (Kevin) and Tia (Sleeping Sarang mod) is the eldest of her siblings, she has two little sisters, Audrey (Sarang) and Noelle (Connie).

Tia: Look at me Tilda, don't I look like a lamb!

Tilda: Can't you concentrate on this?

Tia: BAAAAH. *w*

Tilda: You dork. Baaah.
Tia: *Teeheeheee*

So selecting No select is the normal skin order. Little edit to this: Normal skin can now be selected from the drop down menu. ^^ Fantastic! I want few normal skin dolls and a baked one. And need to think which will Niky eventually be. But having options for the body is great too! I don't need to hurry any order but I can wait until I have the finances. Yay. A bit of planning is required about what I want to buy, since the rolling heads are still needing my attention and I really would want to buy some bodies for them first. Also, good news, I got an offer from TF Gentle body and need to wait until I've paid some bills before I can see if I can afford it. I'm pretty sure I will. Exiting doll times ahead!

Not the best photo of my Sarangs and Hana, but that's the best I got at the weekend. Audrey, Tia and Kiki have all knitted cardigans made by Fairy Style. ^^

Also, as a sidenote, I sent three heads to make up artist. Oh my poor old Dream of Doll Twing-key. ^^; The paint on her lips was so stuck I didn't get all of it away, I wish I could've. I cleaned all three heads, well at least I tried, the best I could. I sent Delf Dark Elf Soo, Twing-Key and Soom Kivi head to artist and I'm so exited to see what beautiful she will create. ^^ Decided to switch my second Juri 05 to the DES head. There's a little difference with the color to the body, but I'm guessing with face up that's not very noticeable. Now need to decide artist for Gus. And wait for the slots to open for those artists I follow. :D

Silence - over?

The so called radio waves have been quite silent from my part, mostly becouse my PC broke and I haven't been able to access all my links and such. Ah the shame the shame! I also don't have all of the passwords and such memorised (SAD) so I'm waiting for my SO to save my PC, he already swithced in power but he thinks there's something else wrong so I need to wait some more... *sigh* I have my photos all there, but I miss all the links and such. xP

Anyway, things going on: participating on LDoll again!!! Exiting! This year, as I've not been sewing anything for sale, I've had time to concentrate to the contests. I've already sent them my entry for the photo contest "Secret Garden" and I'm working on my entry to the customisation contest "White Party" - festive events on color white, to create a fullset, not necessary to sew or otherwise create all the parts by yourself. "The customization contest is not a sculpting contest, painting contest or sewing contest. It is not mandatory for contestants to have created the elements they assemble to make their fullest." I bet they're going to have tons of wedding dresses since that would fit the theme perfectly. I have only taken few photos of my outfit, since I don't want to show it anywhere yet. I'm hoping to get in the finals but I doubt I will, there are so GOOD participants every year. It's very tough contest I'm sure. I still have things to do a lot! So I hope I can finish my entry this weekend and photograph it next week... ^^; I'm kinda late with this since the deadline is on August 31st.

I've made a list about new eyes and things that I need. And I've also peeked in some private exhibitors and proffessionals to see what they will have for sale AND I've reserved some items so it will be easier to make a budget for shopping. Oh so exiting! It would be great if I find most of the things I'm looking for. ^w^

I have some eyes, wigs and such to catch, and these guys at the bottom row are going to have some.

I've already named Minifee Sarang, Nanuri 14 and Yder elf but they will be remaining just for me until they get some bodies and face ups etc. My Tinyfairy Gus (head only for now) will need a name too, but I think I will need to take him out from his bubble wraps and then see what he likes to be. ^^

Bluefairy has announced they will have a renewal to their bodies. MAN I do hope they'll keep the old bodies as option!! I do love them so much, I do like variation but I'm afraid I don't like the new ones as much as the old. I'm exited and interested to see what they're up to. Also, I find their new Tinyfairy Torso something I denfinitely want to have! My dolls, especially girls have some outfits that I LOVE absolutely to bits and it would be so cool to have them on display.


So pretty legs! ^^ I went to photograph Daphne and Tia with a friend, you can find more photos from my Flicr. I just noticed I didn't photgraph the girls together. *sigh* So stupid to notice that afterwards.

Sisters on a Coach

Fabulous girls! And fabulous coach too. I have a single coach (sofa?) thing too and I love them. Audrey, Kiki and Tia are sisters, Tia being the oldest and Kiki the youngest.

Sarang, Sleeping P_Sarang and Hana

I got Sarang and Hana home last week. ;w; I'm so grateful for my darling little friend Aiy who made this happen. And they're not even fully paid yet! But we save in shipping cost since she lives in Manchester, she says. Sarang is actually Walking with November Sarang 2008 and originally had a boy body. My Sarang (man how much I love to say that!) has a modded Blossom body which needs a bit cleaning. ^^ Teehee, I think the coating has yellowed a little but otherwise I don't see much of a difference in colourwise. Hana is from the white series Bon Voyage and she has the default wig on. I would've had the eyes too (from a different doll tough) but.. the promo pics had those eyes horrendously bad position I can't watch them on her. xD Instead she got these fairly pretty Hand Glass Crafts in 14mm. ^^ I might want to try on her some bigger ones but I think these give the kinda look I like.


Audrey, Kiki and Tia. They need some clothes to match their personalities.


Audrey's eyes and wig will be changed. I'd love her to have dark brown eyes and I've already ordered a custom wig for her, mohair thing. These green Kanis Augen's aren't bad looking either. ^^ I did comb the wig (which was made by fabulous Onegreyelephant).

Nikolas and Kiki. They're so cute! And they have pointier noses than Tinyfairies. ^^ I find that funny and so cute!

Planning ~

Well, not actually planning anymore. I've made a deal.

Sounds bad doesn't it? ^^; Well, anyway, I'm going to buy WWN Sarang (OE with boy face up, face up is adorable and girl body) and white Hana off from a special friend. She's decreasing her collection and I happened to ask her which ones she'll be giving in adoption. I'm so bad. =w= Just "lokkina paikalla" that would translate that I'm the seagull at the moment... You know, they're always there in case there's something to take...? ANYWAY...

And I'll buy the Kissing Minimay too. HAH. So there.
